Everything you need to know before working with us:
What's the process of becoming a stockist?
Send us an email to hello@rebeccarowe.ca or if you need a bit more information before chatting with us directly click HERE to receive more information. We'll set you up with a retailer's account where you'll be sent an email for you to create a password unique to you. Once you've logged into our wholesale portal you'll be able to see all available products and place your order.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order of three units per style. We recommend SML but the sizes are what works best for your clients.
What are the payment terms?
We require full payment before shipping.
What are your pricing options?
We are happy to work with you to discuss a pricing structure that works. Please email hello@rebeccarowe.ca to build a system that works for you and your business.
What are your return policies?
If you receive the shipment and there are any damaged pieces please send us a photo of the damaged items upon receipt and we will replace the items. If you place an order and are unhappy with the quality of the work we accept returns for up to 3 weeks after receiving the order.
Do you do consignment?
We do not offer consignment but we are happy to work with you to develop a set of payment terms that works for your business.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes we do and we insure every parcel sent.
Can I request a sample order?
Absolutely. Sample orders are sent with a prepaid flat rate box. We're happy to send out three (3) styles that you're interested in trying. Please send an email to hello@rebeccarowe.ca with the subject [SAMPLE BOX] and the three items you'd like to see up close. If you choose to keep the items are fail to return them we will send an invoice for the wholesale value of the pieces.
How does shipping work?
We cover the cost of shipping for any purchases over $150 or will deliver them in person. If you are within the Ottawa area we can also arrange a pickup time.
What are your shipping terms?
We ship out orders two (2) weeks from time of purchase. There are styles that we have manufactured and others that are produced locally in Ottawa. Our commitment to sustainability means that we only produce when we have orders to avoid overproduction.
What size range do you offer?
We currently offer a size range from XS-XXL or a waist size of 24"-44".
